XR Selection Committee

Suling Yeh is the Company Director and Producer of Riverbed Theatre. She holds an M.A. in Theatre Arts from the Taipei National University of the Arts. Her work spans theatre, visual arts, and immersive media, with experience in interdisciplinary production, international co-productions, touring coordination, and cross-cultural collaboration. Her representative productions include the Just for You VR Trilogy and the XR immersive theatre production BLUR. These four works were selected for Venice Immersive for four consecutive years from 2022 to 2025 and received awards at the Luxembourg City Film Festival, the Kaohsiung Film Festival, and the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma.

Born in 1991, Pei-Ying Lin works on video production, editing. Her work centers on capturing the tremors, chaos, and fluidity experienced by women. LIPs, her debut VR project, was selected for the Grand Prize awarded at 2020 Kaohsiung VR FILM LAB Talent Workshop. Her second VR project, Happy Shadow is listed for the Venice Immersive section of Biennale College Cinema, as well as for competition at the Kaohsiung Film Festival.

A Kaohsiung local, Jia Hao CAI is currently the Technical Manager at VR FILM LAB and Technical Coordinator for KFF XR DREAMLAND. Having worked across four editions of the festival's tech team, he has helped bring over 100 international XR works to Taiwan audiences.
In 2020, he accidentally logged into the immersive world and has been trapped like a hamster on a VR wheel ever since.
