Synopsis
In the aftermath of the Second Manchu Invasion of Korea, aristocrat Heontaek seeks help from his former servant, Mandeuk, now a fugitive accused of killing the Crown Prince, to save his plague-stricken son. Their journey beyond the infamous Gate of Corpses forces Heontaek to abandon everything he once believed.
