Synopsis
Honeyboys is an experimental VR film by Nemo Vos. We follow a red-haired, naked delivery boy as he journeys through indescribable worlds, descending into the core of consumer society. Here, eroticism, death, religion, and birth become mechanical rituals within a vast, eternal, and insatiable machine.
With its striking visual style and surreal imagery, the work explores the intersections of desire, faith, and consumer culture, inviting reflection on the human condition and the mechanisms that shape modern life.

Nemo Vos (Tibor de Jong and Doris Konings) creates cinematic, immersive experiences using a distinctive visual language that is both provocative and maximalist. Their work explores themes such as identity, consumerism, and social disconnection in the digital age, resulting in subversive, genre-defying projects that challenge expectations and expand the possibilities of immersive media. His works include 8 Billion Selves and Korstmos. The former won the VR360 Narrative Award at the 2024 Kaohsiung Film Festival.
