Mystis

You awaken on a foggy shore and meet Echo, a strange child with a hole in their stomach. Together, you descend into the Underworld, traveling through realms that hold different facets of grief: a rave, frozen statues of grief, a shadow-theatre monster where everything turns to ashes. From the ashes, Mother appears. You sail to the Tree of Life, but she cannot return. The journey was never about bringing her back.
