Synopsis
On January 13th 2018, all of Hawai'i received an SMS which read:
BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII. SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
For 38 minutes every citizen of Hawai'i experienced a fundamental injustice of a world where nuclear weapons exist.
