    Phillip BARKER is a filmmaker, installation artist and production designer. His own films have been screened internationally and won numerous awards. In 2019, a retrospective of Phillip's films was presented by Montreal's Festival Nouveau Cinema, TIFF Lightbox, Toronto, and The Canadian Film Institute, Ottawa. At the 2017 Vancouver International Film Festival, his film Shadow Nettes won the award for Best Canadian Short Film. As a production designer, he has worked on films by directors such as Atom EGOYAN, Brian DE PALMA and Mira NAIR.

    CHEN Fen-fen served as a production manager before her first full-length film, Keep Watching, won Best Screenplay at Singapore’s Asian Festival of First Films. Hear Me, her second feature film, was Taiwan’s top-grossing movie of 2009, and was nominated for Best New Performer at the Golden Horse Awards and won Best Actress at the Taipei Film Awards. Other award-winning works include Taipei 24H, Bear It, and the miniseries Workers, which won Best Miniseries, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor at the 2021 Golden Bell Awards.

    WONG King-fai is the director of the documentaries Liu Yichang: 1918 and Leung Ping-kwan: Boundary. His screenplay for the 2011 film Life Without Principle won Best Original Screenplay at the Golden Horse Awards and was screened in competition at the Venice Film Festival.

    CHIU Li-wei is an animation film director. He graduated from Tainan National University of the Arts and earned his doctoral degree in directing from Beijing Film Academy. He has directed many animated films, including Stars by the Window and Barkley, and won numerous awards.

    FU Meng-po is a Taiwanese actor. In 2017, he won the Golden Bell Award for Best Actor in a Miniseries or Television Film for his performance in The Last Verse. In 2018, he was nominated for the Golden Horse Award for Best New Performer for Father to Son. His latest feature film, Day Off, will be released at the end of 2022.

    Blake KAMMERDIENER has been working for SXSW in different capacities since 2005. He began programming immersive content in 2015 when SXSW started the VR/AR Track in its conference. He then became the VR Programmer and started the immersive exhibition, the XR Experience (originally the Virtual Cinema), while leading the XR Track.

    LIN Jin-yao holds a doctorate from the Graduate Institute of Networking and Multimedia, National Taiwan University. His works traverse multimedia, art installations, theater and music. In 2018, he won the TWD 1 million top prize at the Taipei New Horizon Art Festival for his AR work AQUA AR. In 2020, his VR work One Hundred Horses and the Four Seasons won a Gold Remi in the New Media - Interactive - Adult/ Professional category at the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival. In 2022, his NFT work was selected to Art Basel in Hong Kong.
