HUANG Hsin-wei
HUANG Hsin-wei received his bachelor’s degree from Taipei National University of the Arts and is currently studying at Tainan National University of the Arts. His film Sparrow won the Silver Award at the 2017 Youth Film Festival and was selected to the Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Film Festival.
