When mysterious events start happening in Japan’s Ishikawa Prefecture, the only thing they have in common are clumps of long, flowing hair left at the scene. A newspaper reporter search for facts leads him into the mountains to the remote Gehara Shrine, where he learns the terrifying truth about a colossal, long-haired beast called Gehara.
